Our Terms Of Service can change anytime, if you do not read the updates, we will not provide anything additional or refunds, etc.
Refunds will only be issued if the product is non-functional. For the rest products, we are not responsible for issues and will not provide a refund.
If we are ever scammed by a supplier, we will inform our customers with full transparency, providing clear evidence of the scam. We will also do our best to offer a replacement if possible, ensuring minimal disruption.
By purchasing a service, you agree that the work may be included in my portfolio. If you wish for it to be displayed with a watermark, you must mention this.
If you wish to purchase a service, please ensure that you agree to pay half of the price upfront at the start of the product creation and the remaining half upon completion.
If you require a very tight deadline, the price may increase, and this price will be final.
Customer services will be completed in order, so the completion of a service will take a considerable amount of time if there are unfinished orders ahead.
In the event of a deadline delay caused by us, you may receive a 30% refund, or a new deadline can be established, offering you additional products for free.
If you are not satisfied with a service, it can be redone, providing us with a new deadline for the revision.
Prices are not negotiable; they are fixed and offered based on the evaluation of the details provided by the buyer.
Mass Spaming and More than 3 Revisions are not allowed, and can result into additional costs or not receiving your product without a refund.
Failure to comply with the Terms of Service will result in cancellation of the order without a refund / blacklist / ban.
